Located in the Cheshire countryside in Wilmslow, our twin-hat tipi provides the perfect venue for your works Christmas party or festive family & friends gathering.
Our tipi is made of durable outdoor fabric which is highly waterproof, weather resistant, moisture regulating and breathable – a perfect environment for your winter's occasion. This year, we have also installed a heated canopy which stretches over our terrace between our tipi and our hotel, meaning your Christmas party can go ahead in whatever weather December will throw at you...

This year, we are offering a variety of packages to cater for a range of different party sizes and styles. We have four catering options for private parties; a hog roast package, a hot buffet package, a street food package and a three course meal package. As standard, these private hires come with exclusive use of the tipi and grounds, our Rylands events team to discuss your requirements and help the event run smoothly, on-site parking, free WiFi, rustic tables and benches and a fully stocked and licensed bar, as well as a DJ and a glass of Prosecco on arrival. What more could you need for a proper Christmas bash?
Alternatively, if you work for a smaller business or your group of friends want to be part of a bigger occasion, we are excited to be offering shared Christmas parties where you can join others to celebrate the season. On Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd December, we will be running a street food event and a three course meal event respectively, where the minimum booking is one table of six. As well as the meal, these occasions also include a DJ and a glass of Prosecco on arrival. If you're wanting to test out the venue beforehand and see just how special your festive occasion would look in our tipi, we are very excited to be hosting our first ever Christmas Showcase between Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th August 2023. Pop down on your lunch break or after your shift and our Events team will be delighted to show you around and answer any questions you may have. The Showcase slots are FREE and by appointment only to ensure you get a proper chance to take in the venue - just email events@rylandsfarm.com to book your appointment.
