Nestled away in the beautiful Cheshire countryside and right next to our charming boutique hotel, our twin big hat tipi is the perfect hire venue to party or celebrate with your friends, family or colleagues.
Our tipi is made of durable outdoor fabric which is highly waterproof, weather resistant, moisture regulating and breathable – a perfect environment for your occasion whether it be in the heat of summer or the chill of winter. This year, we have also installed a heated canopy which stretches over our terrace between our tipi and our hotel, meaning your party can go ahead in whatever weather is thrown at you...

At Rylands, we can cater for sit-down meals of up to 100 people.
Or, if you are looking for a venue near you to host a proper party with dancefloor and all, our twin big hat tipi can host up to 180 standing guests and, of course, the tipi comes with a fully-licensed bar...
When you hire Rylands Farmhouse as your Cheshire party venue, you will have exclusive access to our tipi, where you will be given a blank canvas and the freedom to decorate it however you please with your own personal touches - all partnered with your bespoke food and drinks package, should you and your guests require it.
We know party planning can be a stressful time, but you’ll be relieved to know that our experienced events team will be on hand to assist and guide you in organising your perfect day.
Steps to take:
- Draft your guestlist - our tipi typically accommodates 100-180 people
- Set a date (get in there before we get booked up!)
- Define a budget (speak to us about our prices and we will do our best to work to your requirements)
- Ask us for a show-around - we'd be delighted to show you the ins and outs of your party venue
- Due to the potential noise of a party, if the tipi is booked past 9:30pm then the 12 rooms in our hotel must also be booked - ideal for those who perhaps live slightly further afield or don't want to drive!
