Our tipi is made of durable outdoor fabric which is highly waterproof, weather resistant, moisture regulating and breathable – a perfect environment for your occasion whether it be in the heat of summer or the chill of winter. This year, we have also installed a heated canopy which stretches over our terrace between our tipi and our hotel, meaning your event can go ahead in whatever weather is thrown at you...

Or, if you are looking for a venue near you to host a networking event, team-building day or party, our twin big hat tipi can host up to 180 standing guests. Furthermore, depending on your event, our tipi also comes with a fully-licensed bar.
When you hire Rylands Farmhouse as your corporate events space, you will have exclusive access to our tipi, where you will be given a blank canvas and the freedom to decorate or fill it however you please with your own personal or branded touches - all partnered with your bespoke food and drinks package from our list of recommended caterers, should you and your colleagues require it.
